Our Quality & Finishing department is looking for a new team member!
The Quality & Finishing team is a vital part of the Production and Bluefors, since it’s one of their tasks to make sure that our products deliver one of our core values, high quality. The team is currently a group of skilled and passionate professionals and now we want to find an enthusiastic and meticulous colleague to work as a Quality and Finishing. Our organization is growing fast, and we continuously develop our way of working. This role provides you an opportunity to join us in that path and develop yourself as a professional.
Your tasks will include quality controlling of inhouse and outsourced parts. You will have varying tasks in a neat, flexible, and modern production environment and a supportive team to work with. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have experience in industrial quality control, technical experience in metal industry, you know how to read technical drawings and you have an eye for details. You are a positive team player and excited to work in an international environment with room to grow.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Quality checking of machined parts
· Using manual machines and hand tools for fixing, finishing and repairing machined parts
· Preparing the parts for further processing
What we expect from you
- Experience in industrial quality control
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Technical experience in metal industry (at least one year)
- Systematic and careful way of working and commitment to high quality
- Positive service-minded attitude and ability to react to rapidly changing situations
- Good team working skills
- English language skills, both written and spoken
We also appreciate
- Experience in working with industrial metrology devices and measuring equipment e.g. MMA, CMM, Optical measuring, Laser scanning
- ERP system usage skills

The work is carried out in one shift, 40 hours per week, but you must be prepared to work in two shifts if needed. The position is governed by the Collective Agreement for the Technology Industry. The employment is fixed term until the end of June 2026. You will be employed through a temporary agency contract, with Adecco acting as your employer.
