Would you be our new IT Manager?
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on and result driven person to lead our internal IT operations in Espoo and Joensuu. The role is based in our Espoo office and will require visits to our offices in Joensuu. The role responsibilities include information security and training, certification as per ISO27001 and internal IT support (laptops, wifi, phones, data storage and backup, hardware/software maintenance). This role is expected to keep the IT operations moving and developing them, so they become “invisible” to the staff (~100) while enabling efficiency and productivity.
What you will do:
👉 Develop and maintain information security and create new security practices towards achieving certification as per ISO 27001 in 2025
👉 Lead everyday IT operations in collaboration with our service providers.
👉 Establish information storage services (e.g. file servers, databases and backup services)
👉 Organize training of staff related to cyber security and IT practices
👉 Act as a contact between internal and external service providers
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations
- Solid background in information security with good understanding of cyber security (proficient in ISO 27001 & TISAX)
- Understand best practices against Ransomware
- Experience in maintaining of Windows and Linux servers
- Familiarity with TPC/IP routing, firewalls and VPN
- Familiarity with file servers and database platforms
- Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with start-up working dynamics, remote work and traveling
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Beneficial skills:
- Previous experience in M-Files
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
- Previous ITAR experience
